What the mark means
In the background, the silhouette of Angkor Wat, one of Cambodia’s most iconic and sacred symbols, evokes the country’s rich cultural heritage, spiritual depth, and timeless wisdom.
The dove of peace symbolizes harmony and hope. It reflects the collective aspiration of Francophone nations to build a future based on cooperation, respect, and mutual understanding.
The five harmonized colors express the diversity, inclusivity, and interdependence of Francophone nations. They illustrate a vibrant collaboration between languages, cultures, and continents, yet united by a shared vision.
